Music

The author of Ephesians reminds us to “speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs” and to “sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

At the United Church of Christ, Congregational, we celebrate the many musical gifts brought to the church by our staff and by members of our congregation. Whether it’s a dixieland performance of When the Saints go Marching In or a stirring rendition of Vivaldi’s Gloria by our Chancel Choir, a driving version of If We Are the Body by the Gathering Band, the dulcet tones of the Alleluia Ringers, or a hymn being sung by the whole congregation, music adds to every worship service.

If you are interested in participating in the musical ministries of the United Church of Christ, Congregational, we invite you to look at the array of opportunities listed below and contact our Director of Music, Jim Kiser.
