We offer 3 unique and different small group studies on Wednesday evenings during Lent. One group focuses on parenting and families; another on communication and relationships; and the third is a Bible Study and reflection on the person of Jesus. We begin with dessert and opening prayer at 6:45 pm in the Fellowship Hall and then break out into our groups. Activities are provided for children, so please let us know the names and ages of your children.

If your family is busy, talented and stressed-out, if you know well the challenges and pressures of achievement, come join us as we get set free! This workshop-style program features five topics: time, grades, Sabbath-taking, winning in arts & sports, and fear turning into faith. (By the way, if you think you’re too busy to join us, this program is for you.)

Angry?! Well sure you are! There’s a LOT to be angry about! Grrrrr! How’s that working for you? Maybe you’d be interested in dialing some of that anger back a bit.
Join our Lenten Reading Group as it explores “The Cow in the Parking Lot – A Zen Approach to Overcoming Anger” by Scheff & Edmiston.
This interactive book challenges readers about their beliefs about their anger and suggests there are other choices. The reading group will discuss those choices and how they can help us on our path to become better Christians.
The Jesus I Never Knew
What is your image of Jesus? A pious goodie-goodie? A hot-headed revolutionary? A good buddy and friend? Using clips from classic Jesus movies, this study will compare some of our common stereotypes of Jesus with the image of Jesus that emerges from the Scriptures. The Jesus that we get to know may be very different from the Jesus we learned about in Sunday School.
